📈 Home Sales Post Strongest Pace of 2026

The housing market continues to gain momentum!

🏡 Existing home sales increased for the second consecutive month in May, rising 3.2% from April to a seasonally adjusted annual rate of 4.17 million homes — the strongest pace we've seen since December.

📦 Inventory is also improving:
✅ Housing inventory increased 3.3% month-over-month
✅ 1.55 million homes available nationwide
✅ Inventory is now slightly higher than it was a year ago

What does this mean for buyers and sellers?

🔹 Buyers have more options to choose from than earlier this year.
🔹 Sellers are still benefiting from a market that remains undersupplied compared to historical norms.
🔹 More transactions are occurring as affordability improves and mortgage rates remain below where they were a year ago.

According to the National Association of REALTORS®, the combination of increasing inventory and steady buyer demand is helping create more opportunities for both buyers and sellers.

🍫✨ Happy National Fudge Day! ✨🍫

If you're looking for an easy homemade treat, this Cinnamon Chocolate Fudge is rich, creamy, and packed with chocolate flavor with a hint of warm cinnamon.

Ingredients:
▪️ 1 (14 oz) can sweetened condensed milk
▪️ 2 tsp cinnamon
▪️ 1 tsp vanilla extract
▪️ 2 cups bittersweet chocolate chips
▪️ 3 tbsp unsalted butter, softened and cut into pieces
▪️ Kosher or flaky salt for topping

Directions:
1️⃣ Butter an 8x8-inch baking pan and line with parchment paper.
2️⃣ In a heatproof bowl, combine condensed milk, cinnamon, vanilla, chocolate chips, and butter.
3️⃣ Place over barely simmering water and stir until smooth and glossy (about 6–8 minutes).
4️⃣ Pour into the prepared pan and smooth the top.
5️⃣ Sprinkle lightly with salt.
6️⃣ Refrigerate for at least 2 hours until firm.
7️⃣ Lift out using parchment paper, cut into 1-inch squares, and enjoy!
