Moving to Tucson from out of state? 🌵

Here are 2 things that surprise buyers all the time👇🏼

1️⃣ Most homes here are under 3,500 sq ft because we typically don’t have finished basements or attics like many homes in other states.

2️⃣ In Arizona, buyers usually don’t get the keys immediately after signing the closing documents. The sale has to officially be recorded with the county first 🔑
