What happens between going under contract and actually getting the keys?

As a buyer: once an offer is accepted, you'll deposit your earnest money, you'll conduct home inspections, negotiate repairs, review an appraisal, do a pre closing walkthrough, and get keys as a buyer.

As a seller: you'll accept a contract, you'll review inspections and repair requests, negotiate accordingly, wait for an appraisal, complete repairs, and give the keys away.

These processes typically take three weeks to 30 days.

I had to come back and give a second shout out because I seriously enjoy the food that much. This family-owned downtown Tucson spot is serving up Indian taste with a Latin twist, and it's one of those places that keep you coming back for more. The flavors are bold, unique, and to die for.

If you're heading to a show Friday or Saturday, Bombolé is open late, which makes it a great spot to stop by after and beat the food Lion with some great eats. They also offer catering, so definitely keep them in mind for your next event. Always happy to show love to a local business doing something that's delicious. 🥟🌟

Local Business Shoutout to 🥐☕

A truly lovely spot for a slow morning, good coffee, and thoughtfully made baked goods. Their sourdough bread is really something special, the pastries are some of the best around, and the patio has that easy, relaxed feel that makes you want to stay a little longer.

We tried a few items and everything was as delicious as it looked. Rosebud is the kind of local place that makes supporting Tucson small businesses feel easy.
