I get it – a story about instant rewards is way more exciting than one about hard work and perseverance. However, if you want to be successful, perseverance is the name of the game. What many people don't see, is that "overnight success” is often preceded by years of failures, setbacks, and straightforward hard work.

Want to be successful? Whether you are looking for success in your job, as an entrepreneur, as an athlete, or in anything else in life, it is important to get in the habit of working towards your goals daily. 1. What is your experience?
How many homes have you listed in the past year?

2. What is your schedule and availability?

3. Are you a full-time or part-time agent? How much time will you be able to dedicate to working with me?

4. Do you work independently or with a team? If a team, who will be my main point of contact throughout the transaction?

5. How many clients do you work with at one time?

6. What is your marketing plan for my home?

7. Ask for client testimonials.

Below are some of my best-kept secrets to selling your home quickly, 𝘢𝘯𝘥 𝘧𝘰𝘳 𝘵𝘰𝘱 𝘥𝘰𝘭𝘭𝘢𝘳:

1. ᴘʀɪᴄᴇ ɪᴛ ʀɪɢʜᴛ.
Overpricing your home (even by a few thousand) is one very easy way to make sure you don't get top dollar for your home. Buyers in today's market know what your home is worth due to having access to all of the online valuation tools, and if it is overpriced, they will wait for the price to drop. A home priced correctly will ALWAYS generate more interest and sell faster.

2. ʟɪɢʜᴛ ɪᴛ ᴜᴘ.
It is important to always maximize the light in your home. Every buyer wants great lighting, so make sure you remove any curtains, clean the windows inside & out, open the blinds, and turn on all of the lights during showings. These easy steps will make your home feel brighter & more welcoming.

This tension makes the concrete slab and foundation much stronger than concrete without reinforcement and helps reduce cracking. Fairbank is a ghost town in Cochise County, Arizona, next to the San Pedro River. First settled in 1881, Fairbank was the closest rail stop to nearby Tombstone, which made it an important location in the development of southeastern Arizona. The town was named for Chicago investor Nathaniel Kellogg Fairbank who partially financed the railroad, and was the founder of the Grand Central Mining Company, which had an interest in the silver mines in Tombstone. Today Fairbank is located within the San Pedro Riparian National Conservation Area.

When you enter into a purchase agreement, you can inspect pretty much everything in the house. From inspecting radon to mold to the sewer system, you’ll be able to learn as much as you can during your inspection period.

You should definitely take advantage of the home inspection period so you can make sure that your home will be a good investment. And make sure you look at reviews so you make sure you get a good inspector.

The only thing you’ll need to watch out for is that you need to pay each of the inspections as the buyer. Plan for inspections by budgeting for them with your closing costs.
