CRANBERRY PECAN CHICKEN SALAD! Recipe from πŸ™ŒπŸ½

Ingredients:
β–’ 2 Β½ cups chicken, cooked 2 chicken breasts or 14 ounces cooked chicken
β–’ Β½ cup dried cranberries roughly chopped
β–’ β…“ cup pecans chopped
β–’ β…“ cup celery 1 stalk, diced
β–’ ΒΌ cup green onion chopped, 2 pieces
β–’ ΒΎ cup mayonnaise
β–’ 4 teaspoons lemon juice
β–’ 1 tablespoon honey
β–’ Β½ teaspoon salt
β–’ ΒΌ teaspoon garlic powder
β–’ β…› teaspoon black pepper

Instructions
1️⃣ Chop the chicken, pecans, cranberries, celery and green onions into small bite sized pieces.
In a large bowl, add chicken, chopped pecans, cranberries, celery, and green onion and mix together well.

2️⃣ In a second smaller bowl, add mayonnaise, lemon juice, honey, salt, garlic powder, and pepper. Blend this mixture well with a whisk or fork.

3️⃣ Pour the dressing mixture over chicken mixture. With a spoon, mix in the dressing until the chicken and vegetables are evenly coated.

I love a standing ab workout, especially for those of us with weak pelvic floors or who are still healing postpartum. Abdominal exercises that are done lying on your back can put extra pressure on and strain the pelvic floor, while standing exercises can actually help due to natural gravity support, which assists in lifting the pelvic floor. Standing also mimics everyday movements, training the deep transverse muscles that work with the pelvic floor.

Jumping Jacks 30-50x
Weighted Overhead Knee Highs 20x
Weighted Side Bend 10x each side
Around the Body Pass 10x each side
Woodchops 10-12x each side
Sumo Squat to Upright Row 12x
