About Tracy as a Realtor

Having lived in Tucson since 1986, Tracy knows what makes Southern Arizona and the community a special place to live. From the 4th Avenue Street Fair to Saguaro National Park, from the Biosphere to the copper mines South of Tucson, He loves everything the community has to offer. Tucson is the perfect setting for Tracy’s cycling and hiking activities. And as a former “military brat”, he understands moving from one home to another as his family became experts! He attended the University of Arizona studying business and management information systems. Even with multiple employment offers to move away from the area, Tracy decided to call Tucson home.

Being in the customer and business to business (B2B) services industry, Tracy understands service is built upon relationships. Trust and integrity are the most important factors in every transaction and relationship. As a real estate professional, Tracy understands that buying or selling a home is more than just a transaction: it’s a life-changing experience. He is dedicated to providing exceptional personalized service for all his clients. He takes great pride in the relationships he builds and always works relentlessly on the client’s behalf to help them achieve their real estate goals. The philosophy is simple: Clients Come First. His pledge is to be in constant communication with clients, keeping them fully informed throughout the entire buying or selling process. Tracy and his wife are passionate about rescuing and caring for Border Collies. They support Arizona Border Collie Rescue by fostering dogs, managing other volunteers, attending adoption events, and working and training their own dogs. All dogs coming into their home receive not only love and attention, but veterinary care, evaluations for behavior, temperament and placement into the perfect “furever” home. Tracy and his wife have had over 30 dogs come through their home in the past three years.
