🚽 Welcome to Toilet Talk Tuesday! 😂

Today’s topic: an $8,000 shower. 😳

The seller had this pretty basic shower system installed and financed it for around $8,000. Now there’s a lien tied to the property that has to be dealt with when selling the home.

This is exactly why I tell people: don’t wait until you’re ready to buy or sell to call your Realtor.

Thinking about remodeling a bathroom? Call me.
Need a plumber, electrician, HVAC company, roofer, handyman, etc.? Call me.
Wondering if an upgrade is worth the money or will help your resale value? Call me.

Today we officially closed on great grandma’s home. This house holds so many memories for our family, so it only felt right to have the next generation help take down the For Sale sign.

Real estate is about so much more than buying and selling homes. It’s about honoring the memories made inside them while helping families begin their next chapter.

Congratulations to my buddy Shawn on closing on his brand new home!
