Introducing Parisa Arabshahi, one of our lovely, recent additions to the brokerage! In a recent Q&A we had with her, Parisa shared a little bit about herself, here's what she said 👇🏼
What inspired you to start a career in real estate?
→ "I originally owned a business in Tucson, and in trying to understand the demographics of the area, I became interested in the housing market. That curiosity quickly turned into a passion, and I decided to get my real estate license in 1989. I’ve been dedicated to helping clients ever since."
How would your friends describe you in three words?
→ "Positive, funny and hardworking."
What’s one hidden gem in Tucson you think more people should know about?
→ "Sabino Canyon is a true oasis in the desert, absolutely breathtaking and a must-see for anyone who loves nature!"
What’s one piece of advice you always share with buyers or sellers?
→ "Know your priorities and plan ahead. For buyers, that means understanding your must-haves versus nice-to-haves. For sellers, it’s about presenting your home in the best light and pricing it realistically. Being informed and prepared helps make the process smoother and more successful."
What’s your go-to playlist or favorite artist while driving between showings?
→ "My son and his partners’ band, PigPen Theatre Co. Their style is a blend of indie folk, Americana, and alternative rock and is pure musical genius."
