CINDY JO LOWDER has lived in Tucson since she was 6 months old and considers herself a native. Her expertise in the Tucson real estate market was built on her experience as a realtor, a property appraiser for the Pima County Assessor, and a property tax consultant. After 16 years of marketing real estate for Long Realty, Cindy was hired by the Pima County Assessor as a senior property appraiser to determine values for ad valorem taxation and defend those values before the State Board of Equalization when challenged by property owners. After only 4 years, Cindy was hired away by a private firm as a senior managing consultant to appeal values on behalf of property owners. In her 14 years as a consultant Cindy successfully appealed property values, getting assessed values reduced in the hundreds of millions of dollars and saving tax payers millions of dollars in taxes. Today Cindy continues her work as a consultant and as a realtor, saving taxpayers money and helping people market and purchase properties at their fair market values. She looks forward to putting her expertise to work for you.
