They have been married 47 years and raised their four children in Northern Arizona and have been blessed with thirteen Grandchildren. Other than the career in Law Enforcement, Joe has been the Owner of several Small Businesses, been an outside Sales Representative serving Northern Arizona, New Mexico and Southwest Colorado. A Private Pilot, Joe enjoyed flying all over his Territory. He has also enjoyed working with his Daughter, Valerie Caro, for the last 14 years in Real Estate and finds it very rewarding to relocate last year to the greater Tucson area. Joe served our country in the Navy as a “Seabee” and served the City of Flagstaff as a City Council Member for 2 terms. Aside from being a member of many Boards and Commissions, in his free time he enjoys Backpacking, Fishing, Photography and Family Activities.
