Today’s “office” is my car, parked outside one of our listings while I wait for the HVAC contractor to do an inspection.

This is the behind-the-scenes part of real estate most people don’t see. We’re not just putting a sign in the yard and hoping everything works out. We’re coordinating vendors, opening doors, asking questions, tracking details, and helping our clients make smart decisions along the way.
