🌲 We found a new summer favorite!

Sandy and I hiked the Marshall Gulch + Aspen Trail Loop on Mt. Lemmon today, and WOW. This one is definitely going on our favorites list.

While Tucson was heating up below, we were hiking in the upper 60s under big, beautiful clouds with cool mountain air and not a drop of rain. Pretty much perfect hiking weather. 🙌

Beautiful forest, great views, wild flowers and such a nice escape from the summer heat. If you live in Tucson and haven’t done this loop yet, we highly recommend it!

One of the things we love most about living in Tucson: you can trade the desert heat for a mountain trail in about an hour. 🌵➡️🌲
