It’s hard to believe a full year has passed since I launched Celly Senior Living, LLC. I was cautiously optimistic and this first year has exceeded all expectations. In that time, I’ve worked with more than 30 clients including operators, developers, landowners, capital partners, non‑profits and vendors on initiatives across the senior housing spectrum. That work has led to multiple closed acquisitions, several transactions in progress, and numerous projects at various stages of the development process.
Earlier this year, I was fortunate to meet Bryce Bunker, who has supported me in this endeavor, and I am excited for that continued collaboration. Thank you to my incredible wife, Jeana Schachter, and my family for believing in and supporting me. I’m eager to see what the future has in store for Celly and for a number of these projects reach the finish line. Cheers!
