Los clientes me preguntan si es buen tiempo para comprar, o si hay que esperar a ver si se va a caer el mercado.

Aunque me gustaría tener una bola de cristal para saberlo, no la tengo. Cuando me hacen esta pregunta, lo que hago es mirar las estadísticas, un portal directo que permite detectar las ventajas y desventajas, por lo menos a primera vista. Le doy acceso a mi cliente a esta información y conversamos al respecto.

Hay factores que influyen como si se piensa vivir en la casa por corto o largo plazo, si se compra para invertir/flip, si se quiere comprar como segunda casa o si se piensa rentar y que se pague sola. Cada situación presenta un escenario diferente que es importante analizar cuidadosamente.
