This one was by far one of the smoothest closings! These buyers reached out with a goal of becoming homeowners. They took my homebuyer class, completed their lender’s task list, and by our first tour, they were ready to submit an offer.
That first home didn’t work out, but the next one they loved did and I was able to negotiate $39,000 under the asking price! 🙌🏽
