The Turkey Creek Loop/Murray Road clients relocated to our area a few years ago and realized their home was a little too far from work. While their sale took longer than expected due to multiple contracts falling through because of buyers' home-sale contingencies, it turned out to be the perfect delay. That extra time allowed them to find the home that was truly meant for them in Belvidere! I couldn't be happier for this sweet family, who were referred to me by wonderful repeat clients. A huge thank you to Patrick Lynch and the team at Southern TN Title for doing an outstanding job coordinating both transactions and helping us get to the closing table.

The closing at Stillwater Way was especially rewarding. I've been working with this young man for over a year, and together we've looked at a LOT of properties! With more inventory becoming available and the market finding its footing, we finally found the perfect first home for him—and it's brand new! I'm incredibly proud of this young man for staying focused, putting in the work, and achieving his goal of homeownership on his own.
