I’ve said this before but LITERALLY all I’d ever seen/known about real estate before I got licensed was a sign in a yard that went from “for sale”, “pending”, to “sold”. And it’s SO much more than that. As I’ve continued this journey I’ve realized that if I thought that’s all it was then odds are someone else out there is thinking the same thing.

If you plan on owning or selling a home one day, you’ve considered getting your own real estate license, you know someone that’s getting/has their license, you’ve watched HGTV and think that’s what it all must look like, etc. I hope that this is a channel that you find useful and provides clarity!

It’s a dream of mine to combine two of my passions: real estate and videography.

I thought I’d have to wait until I “knew it all” or until I had better equipment. But if I waited until I knew it all I’d be waiting my whole life, and if I waited until I had better equipment I’d probably look back and wish I had started sooner!

My favorite season of all is slowly approaching!

I don’t know about you but I’ve become a homebody this last summer. The heat takes it outttt of me! When fall comes around I’m (still a homebody but) much more likely to get out and enjoy the weather.
