Traditional real estate in the Tulsa area is undeniably going through a correction these days. Seems the last 4 years of dreamland has subsided for a while.
The message today, however, is for the nontraditional Buyer who may be looking to purchase. A lot of my clients have money to purchase, but can't, because they are not employed, work in the cannibas industry, or their debt-to-income ratio is maxed out like a lot of my investors. Whatever the reason, I have access to lenders and private equity groups that will loan funds to purchase homes or create a lease-to-own scenario for qualified candidates. If you are interested in purchasing, but can't go the traditional route and have at least 20% of the purchase price to put down, you may qualify with one of these nontraditional programs.
