If you have tried to get ahold of me within the past few weeks or possibly months - just received confirmation at a Verizon Store that a large portion of my calls and texts have not been coming through and tested to confirm I was not receiving calls or texts while at the store.
My SIM Card was swapped and my texts and calls were being forwarded to another persons phone.
I was recieiving iCloud calls/texts.
If you have been trying to reach me but have been unable to, my sincerest apologies. I have worked for 2 years to resolve these issues but they have resurfaceded a few times since July of 2022.
