✨ UNDER CONTRACT! ✨

Some clients truly leave a special place in your heart, and these two have certainly done that for me!

After moving to Oklahoma from Tennessee, they’re now one step closer to having a place to officially call home! 🏡

For the past two months, I’ve had the pleasure of helping them on their home search, and somewhere along the way, they became so much more than just clients.

From showing up to our house tours with delicious homemade food (yes, they spoiled me! 🥹) to making me feel like part of their family, they’ve made this experience one I’ll always cherish.

This is the part of real estate I love most. It’s not always just about finding the perfect house.

Sometimes things really do happen at the right time. ✨

My buyers had been wanting a bigger home for a while, but the timing just never seemed right. It was one of those things they knew they wanted, but felt like it might still be a little ways down the road.

Then this house came along, and what once felt like a long-term plan became their reality within just a few weeks.

Sometimes, everything just starts falling into place exactly when it’s supposed to.

Closing day for my sellers! 🏡🔑🤎

And this one has a little story behind it…

We were getting ready to officially hit the market when the right buyer came along. An offer was made, negotiations happened, and before we ever had the chance to go live on the MLS… we were UNDER CONTRACT. 🙌🏼

Fast forward to today, and we are officially CLOSED! 🥹✨

Sometimes selling a home isn’t about simply putting a sign in the yard and waiting. It’s about preparation, strategy, relationships, communication, and knowing how to put the pieces together when an opportunity presents itself.

So happy for my sellers as they close this chapter—and grateful they trusted me to help them through it. 🤎

A little behind the scenes of real estate 🏡💻

The showings, handing over the keys, and closing-day pictures are the fun parts you usually get to see… but there’s so much that happens behind the scenes.

Late nights, contracts, negotiations, emails, numbers, problem-solving, and making sure all the little details are taken care of for my clients.

Tonight is one of those nights… still working, still getting it done. 🤎

Seeing the 9/11 Memorial for the first time in person gave this day a completely different meaning for me.

We’ve all seen the pictures, heard the stories, and remember where we were—but standing there, reading the names and hearing the water fall into the space where the towers once stood… it’s a feeling that’s hard to put into words.

Looking back at this photo today feels especially heavy. So many lives lost, so many families forever changed, and a moment in history we promised we would never forget.

25 years later, we remember. 🇺🇸🤍
