By far the worst apartment in all of Oklahoma. My family and I moved into this complex back in 2021 and things were normal. The one issue we noticed quickly was maintenance workers being fired/ replaced time and time again. Once the new management came that’s when everything changed. Grace and Cody are the absolute WORST. Once me and my family decided we were going to move , we asked management for a detailed list of what we were needing to do in order to not be charged after the move. We were never giving that information, we texted and emailed and was left in the dark with no response. Finally after a few weeks we were told “ just clean the apartment “ . We got the carpets professionally cleaned, deep cleaned for over 6 hours, and went above and beyond. Then upon move out date the manager Cody claimed our carpet was dirty and then begin to rip it all up showing stains on the bottom. We asked for proof that the carpet was brand new when we moved in, to show the stains were from us. She assured us she wouldn’t bill us without showing us that proof. 30min after our walk through we get a bill for $600 for carpet, without showing us the proof she claimed that she would. I texted and asked for the info she claimed she would give us and never got a response. Four days later I texted again about the info because by law we as renters are entitled to that info and AGAIN I got no response. I even texted letting Cody and Grace know that it’s by law for them to share those info including the invoices of so called repairs and again I got no response. Then out of no where we were hit with a past due bill. The management at this place is the absolute worst. The gate is always broken, kids are hiding out in the dumpster , there’s dog p**p everywhere , there’s uncontrollable mold in everyone’s bathroom. Management fail to replace air filters when they are due , the breezeway is always covered in bird p**p.
