Nancy Vandenhende grew up in Jenks, where she graduated from Jenks High School. As a full-service agent, she is familiar with residential listings in Bixby, Broken Arrow, Coweta, Glenpool, Jenks, Owasso, Sand Springs, Sapulpa and Tulsa, where she currently lives.

Before making the decision to enter the real estate field, Nancy worked in Special Event and Commercial Make Up, Product Management, and as a stay-at-home mom. Her previous career experience taught her excellent communication and negotiation skills, problem solving and time-management expertise, and helped her develop loyalty, respect, and patience, all of which she brings to her real estate buyers and sellers today.

🏡I’m still in disbelief I am now a licensed realtor with Chinowth & Cohen (now since April 2022 with eXp). I remember growing up watching my dad and step mom sell houses through the exact same company I’m working for now. I thought it was the coolest job ever and would pretended to sell the homes myself as a kid. It was always something that was so intriguing to me. You typically look up to your parents as role models and want to be just like them, so I thought… maybe I’d be able do the same thing one day. My mom herself is a business owner and that was always something I said I wanted for myself. I will be my own boss.(yes I have a brokerage, but I still set my own schedule, you get the point🤣😉) Well, That day is finally here! I did it💪🏻🙌🏻 I can’t wait to see what comes of it. 2022 is my year. I feel it.
