I drive by the fields every time I show a house to a potential buyer out south. I'd love to see this idea gain traction. Many of you grew up hanging around the Indian Springs Sports Complex like I did or even with me. How cool would it be for the city of BA to make it into something more than it currently is by investing to attract regional tournaments of all kinds. Baseball, Softball, Pickleball, Soccer, and everything else that's hot right now.

The Broken Arrow Planning Commission recently got a first look at the proposed “Aspen Landing” project that would include a major upgrade to the Indian Springs Sports Complex.

Another one under contract! We were able to put a deal together that made sense for all parties in a somewhat tough to navigate market. I love the 9'+ ceilings and thoughtful layout of this home. It feels spacious and welcoming throughout.
