For those who are new here, and for those who have been following my journey for a while, I thought it was time to share a little more about the woman behind the Realtor® title. ❤️

My name is Yazmin Vazquez. I’m 39 years old, a licensed Realtor® in Tulsa, Oklahoma, and, most importantly, a proud single mother of three beautiful daughters, ages 21, 20, and 15. 💕

🇲🇽 I was born in Ciudad Altamirano, Guerrero, México, but I grew up in South Florida, where I lived from the age of five. In May 2008, I packed up and made the move from Miami to Tulsa, Oklahoma. Although Tulsa has become my home and the place where I’ve built my life and raised my daughters, Florida will always have a special place in my heart. To me, Florida will always be home. 🌴❤️

🏡 My journey in real estate actually began long before I became a licensed Realtor®.

At just 16 years old, I was already getting firsthand experience through my family’s real estate transactions. Whether it was sitting at closing tables translating for family members or sharing ideas on our family’s investment properties and flips, I was learning about real estate without even realizing how much it would eventually become a part of my life.

Today, I have had the privilege of helping many families achieve the dream of purchasing their first home. I’ve also had the opportunity to assist sellers through important life transitions and help investors grow their real estate portfolios.

But here’s what I want people to understand about me:

Real estate has never been just about selling houses or collecting a compensation.

It’s about understanding the years of hard work, sacrifices, savings, and dreams that go into purchasing a home. It’s about recognizing that behind every transaction, there is a family, a story, and a new chapter waiting to begin.
