CLOSING DAY!!! 🥳

This was one for the books! All parties involved had to practice an astronomical amount of patience and understanding to make it here. BIG thanks to EVERYONE involved. We pulled it together, down to the wire, and closed in a very unorthodox location. The lender, our closer, and myself all took closing to the buyers workplace and celebrated BIG.

I met this buyer a few years back when I was still studying for my RE license and working with her AT this place. We became quick friends and have never looked back. She told me back then that she’d eventually buy a home of her own, and that I’d definitely be her Realtor. It felt oddly fitting for this closing to go down like this and we’ve all decided that this should be offered as an option for closings 😜

Congrats to my buyers! After meeting last year at an open house, these guys decided to wait a bit, rent for a year to get familiar with area, and circle back. This transaction came with some challenges, but we worked through them and these former Texans are officially Oklahoma Homeowners!
