New construction home, exterior hose bib dispensing hot water. After further investigation, plumbing in the slab was done backwards (hot/cold reversed).

Don’t skip having an inspection!

Today, one of our certified inspectors, Robert Smith discovered a critical area of a roof missing some shingles and an open valley allowing water intrusion on a new construction home. This could have caused significant damage before being noticed. Good catch, Robert!
