Friday was CLOSING DAY! 🏡🔑❤️

This beauty went under contract FOUR times in about three months…and I think it’s safe to say, the 4th time was the charm! 🙌

The first contract fell through because of unexpected estate issues…and unfortunately, the buyers just couldn’t hold out a couple more days.

Then came not one, but two contingency offers. And if you know, you know about contingencies. 😅 We stayed hopeful that our buyers’ buyers would come through BOTH times…but no such luck.

Then came #4. ❤️

And Friday, we CLOSED!

This one feels especially sweet because this wasn’t just a house to my sellers…it was their childhood home. A home filled with years of memories, and now they get to close this chapter knowing another wonderful family will get to make memories of their own here.

To my sellers, thank you for trusting me through every twist, turn, setback and surprise. We went through the wringer on this one, but you stayed patient, trusted the process…and did what I told you to do. 😂❤️ I appreciate you more than you know!

And a HUGE thank you to Titan Title & Closing for staying on top of every estate and trust issue that seemed to get thrown at us out of nowhere. You were incredible throughout this entire process!

And behind every closing are real people moving from one chapter of their lives into the next.
