If I were moving to Tulsa, Iād stop scrolling Zillow for a minute.

Before I looked at another house, Iād figure out how I actually want to LIVE here.
Do I want a big yard or would I rather have less maintenance?
Do I want newer construction or an established neighborhood with mature trees?
How important are schools, commute time, restaurants, shopping and things to do?
Do I want to be closer to Downtown or Midtown ā or would Jenks, Bixby, Broken Arrow or another Tulsa-area community fit my lifestyle better?
Do I want a neighborhood with amenities and activities, or more space and privacy?
THEN Iād start looking at houses.
Because finding the right home isnāt just about bedrooms, bathrooms and price.
Itās about finding the part of Tulsa that actually fits the way you live.
Iād drive the neighborhoods at different times of day. Iād test the routes Iād be driving every week. Iād learn about HOA dues, neighborhood amenities, flood zones and the things you may not think to ask about when youāre looking at pretty houses online.
And Iād work with someone who knows more than how to send listings ā someone who can listen to what Iām looking for and help narrow an entire city down to the few areas that really make sense for me.
