It’s that time of year!

I’m still wrapping presents with homemade bows. My Mom always constructed huge, loopy, fluffy bows. It was often better than the present inside because we knew how much time she put into making the package special.

I have to admit, the bigger my family gets the more gift bags I use. But, the specialness is still there.

Slow down, make the cookies from scratch. Make your family favorites and enjoy the kids or grandkids.

Remember, Jesus is the reason.

BUY the home that gets you INTO the market 👏

You can wait until you have the dough for an 800k home, or you can invest now and get the home sooner.

Focus on building equity with your starter home that you'll live in for 5-6 years to have leverage on your next home purchase.

Waiting for "perfect" shouldn't be the reason you can't start working towards your long-term goals.
