Rumors...Let's chat
Allow me to put a few rumors about me and my business(es) to rest that have been spreading around for some time now:
- Rumor #1: I'm terminally and dying and don't have long to live
- Truth: While I may be old and a bit overweight, I have a physical often and am in good health (although it wouldn't hurt me to drop 20 pounds or so). I plan on being around for quite some time.
- Rumor #2: Engel & Volkers is no more and pulling out of Tulsa
- Truth: While we have certainly had to make adjustments over the last couple of years due to changing markets, lead source adjustments and talent migration, we are NOT shutting our doors or leaving Tulsa. In fact we are continuing to look for Realtors who are seeking an elevated career experience that creates tremendous leverage - more on that later.
- Rumor #3: Chris Zinn Group is no longer doing business.
- Truth: See above answer to Rumor #2 as well as the following…we are alive and well at Chris Zinn Group. We are meeting with new clients each and every week. We are continuing to provide best in class marketing for our clients that allows our consumer metrics to lead the market place despite being one of the smallest Real Estate firms in the metro. (size doesn’t always matter….). So, if you are considering buying or selling, please reach out, we would love to schedule a confidential no obligation consultation with you.
If you have heard any of the above rumors (or perhaps rumors I haven't yet heard), please know that they are completely unfounded and are likely spread by folks who are, I guess, just bored and have nothing better to do with their lives than spread idle gossip.
Feel free to give me a call, send me an email or better yet stop by our Shop at 9932 Riverside Parkway in King’s Landing shopping center (right next door to J Cole Shoes). I would love to answer any questions you might have about our firm, our team and any other rumors you may have heard.
We have much to consider and wrestle with as a community, state and nation in these very consequential times. Serious issues that demand serious attention. I for one am committed to dedicating more time to reflecting on and hopefully providing solutions to the myriad of issues we currently face….I will leave the rumor mill to those who are less serious and less concerned.
Finally, my hope for the coming days/weeks/months is that we will all strive to be more:
-Kind
-Generous
-Thoughtful
-Considerate
-Gracious
-Encouraging
-Celebratory
-Reflective
-Present
With much Hope and Kind Regards - Chris Z
