Went on a commercial listing appointment in Pryor today, and I could’ve walked away with the listing.

But sometimes the best advice isn’t, “Let’s put it on the market.”

As I walked the property, I started seeing more potential… finishing out the building, looking at how the land could potentially be divided, and exploring whether there are opportunities for future development that could ultimately put more money in my sellers’ pockets.

That may mean they don’t list with me today. And I’m okay with that.

My job isn’t just to get the listing and make a sale as quickly as possible. It’s to look at the property from every angle, bring ideas to the table, and help my clients make the decision that makes the most sense for them financially.

Sometimes the best real estate strategy is selling now.

Sometimes it’s figuring out how to make the property worth more first.

That’s the kind of conversation I want to have with my clients. 🏢📈

🏡 Closing Day! 🔑

Closing day is exciting, but what actually happens on closing day?

This is when all the final pieces of the transaction come together. The buyers and sellers sign their closing documents, funds are transferred, the lender completes funding (when financing is involved), and ownership of the property officially changes hands.

Before we get here, there’s a LOT happening behind the scenes? inspections, repairs, appraisal, title work, lending, insurance, final walkthroughs, and plenty of communication between everyone involved.

My job as your Realtor is to help manage those moving pieces, keep you informed, and make sure we’re ready when closing day arrives.

And then comes the best part… handing over the keys. 🔑❤️
