Meet the Seller 🪧
This seller called me a full year before they needed to move.
They had a cross-country relocation ahead of them, so we built a timeline, and set clear expectations. Painters, cleaners, junk removal, window cleaning, yard maintenance, new carpet, all scheduled and sequenced so nothing held up the next step.. GOING LIVE.
Weeks before we ever went live, we ran a marketing campaign to build awareness. I handed out flyers to the neighbors with the details of the house, in case they knew someone eyeing that street or looking to move to Owasso.
By the time the listing hit the market, the early marketing had already done its work. We had back-to-back showings in the first 24 hours and an offer that had everyone excited to move forward.
Each listing is different and plans are created for that particular house, it’s not about just putting a sign in the yard.
