Everyone knows the real estate market, supply is low...demand is HIGH. I am currently working with 4 pre-qualified with highly reputable local lenders. We have exhausted the MLS and we can’t seem to find “the perfect one”

- 1/2 acre lot, ideally 1 acre, would even consider a little more, 3 bedroom, must have separate shower and tub in master 3 car garage, newer home, Florida room and pool would be ideal!, prefer no HOA, due to wanting to park RV. Max budget $330,000 Considering all areas, but are drawn to the Skiatook, Owasso, Claremore and Broken Arrow areas

- Bixby schools a must, 5 bedroom, 3 car garage, pool would make momma very happy, ideally under $500,000 but approved for more

- one story, updated, pool, max budget $700,000
