One of the biggest headlines from the April real estate report in Tulsa is the sharp increase in pending sales, which jumped nearly 19% year-over-year.

Pending listings rose from 1,289 in April 2025 to 1,531 this April, signaling strong buyer demand heading into the summer season.

Closed sales also increased 5.3%, while new listings rose 9.2%.

Even with more inventory entering the market, supply remains relatively tight. Tulsa-area housing inventory ended April with 3,230 active listings - up less than 1% from last year.

Annual Bike Club Rally through downtown Tulsa!

Over 600 4th and 5th graders participated in Bike Club after school throughout the school year to learn how to ride a bike, learn safety, bike preparation, and gain confidence. Today was our grand finale event - the big ride from BMX to Gathering Place (about 3 miles) with lunch in the park. Super fun day! And every child gets a brand new bike of their own.
