The Governor's Boots, Bandanas & BBQ - I have always loved going to this event!

It is truly a lovely and inspiring evening to see hard-working Oklahomans come together to celebrate our state and enjoy the incredible setting of our wonderful Governor's Mansion with the capitol rising up on the west horizon - especially at sunset! Magificent views!!

Such a FUN event - I am so honored to host this on The American Dream! Thankful to the Governor and First Lady to be invited to cover this - for the very first time!

What I love most - is meeting and mixing with other hard-working Oklahomans and leaders that are doing great things for our state and communities - amazing how so many grass-roots stories evolve and opportunities unfold for entrepreneurs and regular people who set sail to their dreams for a brighter world and future.

One such guest - I absolutely love and adore - is the Voth family - YES - Voth as in VOTH! This country music artist singer-songwriter group of siblings are fantastic and down-right good humans. I've enjoyed knowing this family since they first came to Tulsa WAY back in the day. They've consistently been our Governor's favorite band to play at this BBB event and bring so much joy and FUN wherever they play! Caleb, Hannah & Cody - you guys are just awesome and you are going places! Thank you for sharing your thoughts, experience and being SO much fun!

Grateful for the time to bring this story to The American Dream - this evening was SO nice and perfect out - the music, the food, the people and atmosphere were just TOPS.

Our Governor and First Lady Stitt always throw the best events and I am super proud they have led our state with such passion and due-diligence - no one will ever really know how much it takes for GOOD people to choose to serve in public office and give their lives, valuable time and dedication to the people - we are truly blessed!!

"Romancing The American Dream: A 75 Year In-The-Making Love-Story"

This upcoming segment is a snippet out of the REAL American Dreamy lives of Jim & Mary - people I am SO endeared to.

Our adventure was truly Divine - I have been forever impacted by their legacy, their faith, their story.

After working several months alongside these 3 families-listing & selling all of their properties while moving into retirement - I experienced a front row view into their meaningful life & story - this was just TOO good of an adventure to not share it.

Over a decade ago, I met Cynthia at one of my open houses. She recalls that the open was wrapping up so we went right over to see her family's very unique, sprawling South Tulsa home and I got introduced to her husband and their 4 young-adult children.

They had built such a beautiful life together - I immediately just loved them!

We partnered to sell their gorgeous place & found a downsizer as kids were launching into college. A few years later they reached out about looking for a unique Tulsa lot offering views - this is an obvious challenge, but on the hunt we found a beautiful "lake front" lot where they had big dreams of enjoying their future retirement.

Fast forward to 2025 - the couple's years-in-the-making dream came to life with the most incredible views of the pond & sunrise - you would never imagine this is in the heart of South Tulsa!

With talks about prepping to list their home, I got introduced to the entire family.

The 3 families geared up to list & sell at nearly the exact same time.

I realized that these folks were some pretty incredible people. The parents had traveled the world over & had taken their grands with them.

Thirty years prior, Jim & Mary made a big move to Tulsa & invited their two sons' young families to join them in building a business opportunity here.

Led by their dad - they built a financial advisor enterprise which grew into a beautiful blessing for their kid's families as well as the many people whom they served in our local community - earning Michelin Star status for broad sweeping successes & leadership in finance.

I absolutely LOVE these people. They are truly the Best of the Best.

Mary is a hoot & has become such a dear, precious friend. She is incredibly talented, spending a lifetime painting her grandchildren & kids. Jim is so brilliant & funny - the couple has traveled extensively & inspired their grandchildren to chase their dreams.

I am so honored to know them.

I couldn't keep their story a secret. It is SO precious. And I will be ever-grateful they invited me into their beautiful, meaningful lives.

Our First Lady Sarah Stitt shares her adventures with the recent renovations of the People's House - The Governor's Mansion and her passion for her foundation's "Hope Rising."

It was truly inspiring and such an honor to get to shoot the Governor's Mansion and hear what was on our First Lady's mind as she took on this restoration project with The Friends of the Mansion - she diligently researched every decision and detail to maintain the integrity of the home and improve it based on historical style and features - to update but not diminish the home's original design.

She shared SO much more than what made the cut for this particular clip which was recently aired this past weekend on The American Dream (ADTV) which boasts over 23 million avid viewers and growing.

First Lady Sarah truly is an inspiration to know. She is so brilliant and such a lovely human. Her big heart for people and her family shines so evidently in all she does. It was wonderful to have her tour me through the mansion and point out so many fascinating facts and treasures! But I enjoyed most of all her sharing from her experience as a wife, mother of six, first lady and a woman of great faith and integrity.

I appreciated so much that she carved time out for this mansion interview and tour, but also that I could honor her this way and showcase her efforts to make Oklahoma the best possible place to live The American Dream!

I found myself just very humbled to hear more about their experience and I know this family has given Oklahomans their very best and have sacrificed greatly for the sake of our state.

The mansion is just lovely - not exactly a functional "residence" being it is a public house and also the renovation could only do so much to a home imagined in the late 1920's - but turned out so beautiful and I am proud of Sarah for all she has put her hand to!

Globe Trotters Land Their American Slice!

I am honored to have filmed this segment which recently aired on The American Dream and share the story of my wonderful friends' adventure to fulfill their own.

Finding this incredible property is truly one of my favorite adventures - I think we shopped for the perfect land for close to 8 years! We had SO much fun running out to explore so many areas of NE Oklahoma looking for the perfect site - including stepping over a copper head in the heat of the summer in a nature preserve hiking through waist high grass - what a girl won't do for her friends!

We explored a wide variety of locations and property, but when we stepped onto this land - it was just perfect and this couple fell in love with the possibilities! While it had no natural water source which was always at the top of the list - this ingenius couple navigated building their own 2 acre dam!

Today it is stocked and the perfect swimming hole for the grandkids. What a dreamy place and story! Together we worked to bring their dream to life - reviewing floorplans & making revisions, hunting for the right products, tile, flooring, surfaces, cabinetry, lighting-all the fun stuff to pull everything together-their vision turned out nothing short of DIVINE! Love it love it!!

We did this shoot in the blazing August heat but WOW did the photography turn out fantastic!! These folks worked SO hard to make all of this happen in time for production - we staged for this shoot in 3 exhausting days as they were wrapping up the project late last summer.

It is my pleasure to tell their story - one of my very favorite real estate adventures with two of my favorite people!

A few years later they reached out about looking for a unique Tulsa lot offering views - this is an obvious challenge, but on the hunt we found a beautiful "lake front" lot where they had big dreams of enjoying their future retirement.

Paris was her 13 y/o dream while traveling with her Grandparents- she speaks fluent French and the smart-genes run deep.
