Today my buyer and I went out to meet a repairman on this Ranch we have a contract on. The tree lined driveway is my favorite! The seller, who is the daughter was raised here. Her Father has passed & she recently had to place her Mother in an assisted living facility. We had heard rumors her family used to have lions & tigers in the large caged runs on the property. She said it was true & told us all about her brothers safari wildlife park he has since moved the animals to. As we talked she happened to mention to my client if he would like to flip the property he should have no trouble with how many people had stopped by the estate sale asking if the property was still available and saying how much they loved it. When we told her they have no intentions of selling it but want to raise their growing family here she began to cry. I knew they were tears of joy knowing this sweet young family was going to love & cherish it just as her family had all these years. Having a part in watching God meet the needs, dreams, & desires of both these peoples hearts was deeply rewarding to me & its why I love what I do.
