Real Estate is about a lot more than the pretty homes and big sales.

This seller came from a REALLY old Facebook lead from when I was pushing out a ton of content on my business page and running ads like crazy. We stayed in touch, but there wasn't a lot of motion there. Fast forward a few years, and they reached out to ask me on New Years Eve to help navigate the next steps to sell this home and close that chapter. As you can tell, it was in need of some help.

I went out and took a look at the house a couple days later, came up with a pricing strategy and a marketing plan. We agreed to have me take the listing live and get it on the market.

Turn around, less than 24 hours later and took a sign call from an investor looking for their next project. We met at the property walked through it and they were ready to offer right away.

Quick turn around with title and we had both parties closed before month end!

Its always rewarding to help people navigate the home buying and selling process. Especially when you are able to bring buyer and seller together to create a win for everyone involved!
