Zillow is the pariah of real estate. They skim off MLS data, then use that info to act as if they know more than true real estate professionals.

They are marketing scum!

And, another idiot is the real estate professional who pays their MLS to list, who then sells that info to Zillow, who then requires THAT (idiot) realtor to pay for a referral. And THEN that real estate professional PAYS it. What an idiot! Zillow charges THAT Realtor for the lead THAT the Realtor gave them!

THE LINK BETWEEN THAT REALTOR AND ZILLOW IS YOUR MLS!

MLS is also the culprit!

DotLoop is also owned by Zillow. QUIT USING DOTLOOP! If you can’t stop using dotloop, then at least quit entering, autofill. That’s another way they use your data to make themselves look good. Enter your docs as a pdf. Unless I am mistaken, they would have to review each page individually.
