Two things need to happen before you tour your first house, one with your lender and one with your agent.

On the lending side, Chuck pulls your credit and reviews your paystub‘s, W-2s, tax returns, and bank statements to verify income debt and assets. You walk away with a preapproval letter stating the amount you may loan.

On the agent side, you’ll sign a buyer representation agreement before touring homes together. This is what makes an agent legally responsible for looking out for you and it’s standard practice across the industry. It also spells out how an agent and a buyer work together.

It had a hot tub, a gazebo, and a pergola in the backyard. And now it's under contract!!!

Congratulations to our sellers on getting this one to pending. Inside, two gas fireplaces and 9+ foot ceilings gave it presence, and the backyard did the rest: covered patio, covered porch, deck, pergola, gazebo, and hot tub, all inside a fully fenced and professionally landscaped yard with a sprinkler system already in place. Zoned Union schools, an HOA with a clubroom and park, and two separate living areas rounded it out.
