This closing was a reminder that real estate is rarely just about square footage or closing dates—it’s about life happening.
Sometimes, unexpected life changes shift our paths in ways we didn’t anticipate. But even in the midst of a difficult transition, there is so much beauty waiting in this next chapter for my client!
It has been an honor to navigate these waters with her. My job is to handle the logistics and the paperwork, but my heart is in making sure my clients feel supported through the big, messy, and wonderful shifts in their lives.

Helping first-time buyers get to the closing table is always special, and this one was no exception. 🏡🔑

These two started their home search with excitement and big dreams—like most first-time buyers do. Along the way we navigated a few hurdles, saw a lot of homes and encountered an inspection that didn’t turn out the way we hoped. That can be discouraging, but sometimes those moments are just part of the process of finding the right home.

Instead of settling, they stayed patient and trusted the process. In the end, they landed on a home that truly fits them—and one they can feel confident about. And it’s stinking cute!!
