Some of you may have noticed we’ve been a little quiet lately… and that’s because we’ve been busy bringing another project to life.

We’re excited to finally share Ithaca, our newest furnished rental in Broken Arrow!

This property has been a true labor of love. What started as a standard house has been thoughtfully transformed into something we believe is really special. Crafted as a private retreat designed for traveling professionals, medical staff, relocating families, and anyone looking for a comfortable extended stay.

From the private pool and fully fenced backyard to the dedicated wellness room featuring a sauna, red light therapy, yoga space, and meditation area, every detail was intentionally selected to create a place where guests can truly relax and recharge.

Like every project we take on, this one came with its share of challenges, late nights, unexpected surprises, and plenty of sweat equity. But seeing the finished product reminds us why we love what we do.

We’re incredibly proud of what we’ve built together and grateful for everyone who has supported us along the way.

Here’s a little glimpse of what we’ve been working on. We can’t wait to welcome our first guests and continue creating spaces that feel like home.

Happy “Cinco de Buy-O” (Sorry, I had to)… and we did it AGAIN!

Yesterday: Closed on a rental.
Today: Closed on ANOTHER one. Because apparently we don’t believe in taking days off.

While everyone else is celebrating with tacos and margaritas, we’re over here collecting doors like it’s a competitive sport.
