We look at a lot of floorplans when designing homes and this one is a beauty 🤩 We look at how the layout flows and this one checks all the boxes. Would likely turn that study into a 2nd bed down and convert the 2nd living room into the study. Front elevation could easily be changed to whatever style you wanted but I would love to build something like this for our next custom.

We’re almost ready to pour the street at Highland Park Villas! What a journey this has been! We started the development planning in late 2021. It took over a year to plan, a year of zoning battles/change of plans and the last year ex*****on. This was a stranded corner with no sanitary sewer, we had to bring utilities into Highland Park (36th/Yale). Home construction will start soon in this maintenance-free gated neighborhood. Side note, one of the neighbors that was initially against our development, emailed me these drone images along with a nice note.
