We need your help with another renovation! 🏠🎨

This house is getting exterior paint soon, and we’re trying to decide which direction to go.

A few people have told us not to paint the brick, especially since the natural gray brick fits the neighborhood. So now the question is, what color should we use for the wood and trim?

We mocked up a few options, including one painted-brick version just to see how it compares.

Which one would you choose?

A: Keep the brick + warm white
B: Keep the brick + greige
C: Keep the brick + black accents

From design idea to finished bathroom 👀

Before starting this bathroom, we put together a design to help visualize how all of the selections would work together.

Then we went to work.

We stayed pretty close to the original plan, gray vanity, light flooring, brushed nickel fixtures and a clean, neutral look.

Transformation Tuesday 🔨🏠

This West Tulsa kitchen is getting a BIG change.

We’re removing the wall between the kitchen and breakfast nook, opening up the space, and moving the sink so it will sit in front of the window instead of facing a wall.

We thought our East Tulsa project was finished… 😂

After the final cleaning, while walking out we noticed one little thing we missed.

We forgot to run the water line for the refrigerator...

Luckily, the water heater is directly behind this wall, so it should be a pretty simple fix. More importantly, we caught it before the new owner moves in this week!

Sometimes after an entire renovation, it's the little things that get you. 😂

Quite a transformation. 🏠🔨

This is why we enjoy what we do. We get to take homes that need a little attention and give them a fresh start.

For this one, we updated the flooring, countertops, backsplash, lighting and finishes throughout the space. The difference is pretty incredible.

Same house. Completely different feel.

We buy houses throughout the Tulsa area in all kinds of conditions, then work to bring them back to life for the next family to enjoy.
