Rent includes water/sewer/trash service. Electricity and cable/internet (Cox only) are the tenant's responsibility. There is no gas service to the apartments. Parking in our small basement garage is very limited and may not be available Laundry facility is free and on each floor. Pets are allowed with approval ($200 deposit and $25 per month pet rent).
