2. Start Searching for Homes 🔍
Use sites like Zillow, Redfin, Realtor.com, or drive around looking for FSBO (For Sale By Owner) signs.

Pro Tip: Set up listing alerts so you’re first to know about new properties.



3. Schedule Showings 📅
Reach out directly to the seller or listing agent to set up a tour.
Be professional and flexible — it helps build trust and opens doors.
