I have a soft spot for living south of the river. ❤️

When my son was in high school and had just started driving, there was something I really loved about that season of life down here — the routines, the independence that was starting, friends coming and going, and all those ordinary days that somehow become the memories you miss later.

That’s part of what I think about every time I walk through this South Bixby home. 🏡

I can picture the pool full of laughter on a hot Oklahoma afternoon. 🏊‍♀️☀️ Friends gathered around the outdoor kitchen. Dinner on the patio. Football playing outside while someone is soaking in the spa. 🏈🔥 And years from now, realizing those were the really good days.

And the best part? So much of what people spend years adding to a new home is already here — the pool, built-in spa, outdoor kitchen, landscaping, first-floor game room, incredible storage, and 3-car epoxy-floor garage.

To me, this one feels **better than new** because the lifestyle is already finished. And when you consider everything already in place, it would be hard to recreate this entire package at the same price today.

Some houses are about bedrooms and square footage.

Some are about the life you can picture happening there. ❤️
