❄️ Winter Weather Reminder ❄️

Hello Knollwood Residents!
As we head into the weekend and round two of winter weather, please take a few minutes to help protect your home from frozen pipes:

✔️ Leave your heat on
✔️ Let faucets drip slightly
✔️ Keep cabinet doors open under sinks to allow warm air to reach the pipes

These small steps can help prevent costly damage. Stay warm, stay safe, and let us know if you have any questions! 💙

With that being said we have today and tomorrow with the highs in the 40's with the lows in the 20's and 30's, but come the weekend we are back to High of 20's and 30's with Lows as low as 5 degrees. Please make sure your heat is going and water is to a drip. Keep cabinet doors open to any pipes.
