The inspector makes the difference. I'm picky and particular- I'm also protective of my clients.

As a buyer-s agent, working with Daily Bread Inspections gives me peace of mind that my clients are in good hands all the way through their acquisition process.

Always grateful to get my clients to this point. This is my first expired client! Listed for SIX months with another agent. Was priced almost $40,000 over what the market at that time (and now) supported. When I called he said he wanted to sell the house himself and I told him after what he'd been through, he'd probably be better off.

In the standard KW way, I came from contribution and told him what he needed to do before trying sell again whether he used me to do it or not. I checked in with him for about a month and he still wasnt back on the market, but tried to apply my tips. I offered to bring him a seller packet and walk the house with him to point out last minute suggestions before pictures.

He did a great, and I told him about the days on market and thanks to Jeromy Trask with ChartMasters (KW Exclusive tech) I was able to show him what happened to the other sellers in his area that tried to sell for an unrealistic price and how big of a reduction they had to do before going under contract.

I told him my goal was to sell his home in 90 to 100 days (data supported that). We debuted November 7th and after multiple offers we're under contract!
