SOLD! This one is near and dear to my heart for my Veteran clients that wanted their forever homestead and a huge shop. The VA loan took some time to close. It’s the agents fiduciary obligations to see their clients through long escrow processes. But from due diligence and helping the lending team get all the documents needed, we pulled off a successful closed contract in time for them to move last Memorial Day weekend! Client: Our Seattle home is being renovated, we need a country farm with about 10 acres, a pasture, a shop, views of Mt Rainier and foothills with absolutely no HOA! It’s inspection 🧐 day! This phase of the home buyers contract is extremely important and helps protect the buyer and educate them at the same time. This farmhouse in Pe Ell should tell quite a story. Complete with a huge shop, and acreage, lots of ground to cover this morning.
