!!Teamwork Makes the Dream Work!!

I couldn’t have closed this one without the amazing crew at .outcome Brett and Alesha, you two are the real MVPs! 🙌

This listing came to me as a referral from a fellow agent in Oregon (so grateful for the trust), and I had the honor of helping the sellers part ways with a cherished family estate.

Let’s be real, this home had a few problem areas that could’ve scared off potential buyers right from the start. But we rolled up our sleeves, did the work, and tackled every issue head-on to make sure we brought it to market in the best possible light.

This one was extra special 💛 I was honored to list my clients' home, the very same one we purchased together just a few years ago. From the start, we knew this house would be a stepping stone. We aligned on a long-term plan, knowing that when the time came, we’d be in a strong position to sell.

Fast forward a few years… they got married and are now welcomed by two healthy and adorable twin boys, which meant a bigger home was needed sooner than expected!

We offered on almost five other homes, but the truth is, this one was *meant* to be. ✨

We first submitted an offer on this beauty at $850,000, no closing costs, standard terms... but it just didn’t feel right for both sides. So we walked away, trusting the process.

Time passed, and we explored a new route....Maybe we should build a custom dream home! But… in Thurston County, building costs can add up real quick. So we pivoted again and searched for a home with good bones that we could remodel to make our own.
