🎬 **Behind the Lease **

A lot of people think once a lease is signed, my job is done.

That’s not the case for me, that’s when the fun starts.

Today I checked in on one of my client’s spaces while tenant improvements are underway. There’s still a lot to happen before they can open their doors.

Right now it’s a construction zone, but in a few weeks it’ll be a fully operating business.

One of my favorite parts of what I do is seeing a client’s vision come to life. Love watching an empty space slowly turn into the business they’ve been dreaming about.

I thought it would be fun to start bringing you along behind the scenes because most people never get to see everything that happens between signing a lease and opening day.
